Every year at the month of December our agency Excel Millennium Planning & Advisory will do a annual planning for the new year next year 2011. We will do a S.W.O.T analysis on our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. We will go to D.OM.E. analysis also. Diagnosis where we are now. What is our Objective next year. The Method of achieving our objectives and Evaluations of where we are as we progress along.
MAA Assurance will also hold a budget meeting for us to pledge our commitment to the company. We will do a budget target on how much sales and income we want to achieve, earn next year. From our budget meeting , it will be transfer to actions plan of what we need to do to achieve our objectives. It will be breakdown into every quarter and then into every monthly budget. It is then possible to check if you have managed to adhere to the budgeted amounts First Year Premium (FYP) each month. If not , then adjustments can be make quickly to recover any shortfalls. From the planning process and budgeting, various insurance products such as Super Fortune Plan an Ordinary Life plan, MaaxCombo a Investment Link plan , Medical insurance ML210 , Critical Illness and Personal Accidents EVO110  portfolios are also taken into consideration of what we want to achieve. Team Building

MAA Assurance HealthCare organised a 3D2N Hi Adventure Trip for all those qualified to My Gopeng Resort. Activities :Hot Spring at Sungkai. The water really hot. Within a few minutes the eggs dip in can be cook. At night jungle night walk and Karaoke. I enjoyed the most at the White Water Rafting at Sungai Kampar and trekking to the water fall. My team The Ha ! Ha! team becoming the champion for the team building activities. Thank You.

Kota Kinabalu Sabah

Visited Kota Kinabalu, Sabah during the Merdeka holidays with my family. Stayed at the Promenade Hotel just beside our Menara MAA Kota Kinabalu branch. MAA Assurance had the most branches all over Malaysia. Day 1 went out with the speed boat on islands hopping on Mamutik , Manukan Sapi and Sulug.Day 2 drive 3 hrs to KK Park and Poring hot spring. Enjoy the waterfall there. Day 3 at the Tuaran river cruise see the fireflies, crocodile and Probocis monkey.

We are pleased to inform, MAA Assurance (together with MAA Takaful) has taken up a series of product advertisements displayed at 100 selected Petronas Cashier Walls nationwide.

The campaign period is from July to December 2009.

The Cashier Walls feature a variety of MAA's products and was conceptualised as part of our ongoing marketing initiative to enhance MAA's presence in the market.

It is the management's intention that this campaign will assist our marketers make a more emphatic sales pitch and improve our agents' production.
